Return and Refund Policy
At HBB Wholesale Pty Ltd (ACN 644 409 085) T/A WBB Supplies we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy offers a straightforward process.
Eligibility for Returns
● Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
● Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
● Exclusions: Custom or special-order items, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price will apply to all non-defective returns. This fee covers the cost of handling and restocking inventory.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at slackscreek@wbb.supplies or call 07 3893 2593 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
● Full Refund: For items returned due to defects or errors on our part.
● Partial Refund: For non-defective items, the refund will be issued minus the 15% restocking fee.
● Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement, refund, or repair, as applicable.
